I’ve been dieting and exercising for just over a year now. I started lifting in March of last year. Right now I have had it with my gut. I want it gone and I will fucking destroy it in the next 8 weeks.
You know how I’m going to do it? I’m gonna stop spreading myself so goddamn thin. I’m going to let my lifts take a backseat to fat loss. I’m gonna lift 3 times a week with focus on form and execution, and twice a week I’m going to do 20 minutes of HIIT. Every week I will post progress pics. I should have some up later today once my roommate wakes up.

From where I stand I know after our lease is up a few of my friends have plans to go off on their own. I might do the same. Maybe I’ll move somewhere completely unknown. Maybe I’ll move near a Black iron Gym and train competitively. Build myself a new life. Who knows? In a year I’ll know for sure. If I’m still passionate and want to go after it. I will. A year is a long time though. We’ll see where my focus is in September 2012 here’s wondering if my interest ADD takes hold or if I found something that really sticks.
